First choice for servers
There is a reason why Linux is the first choice for many servers. It is a very powerful and flexible system, and the most popular operating system in the world for web servers.
We offer two course that will ensure you get the most from this operating system. Our courses are not specific to any particular Linux distribution (although we use Ubuntu).
Linux Fundamentals
As its name suggests, this course will introduce you to the fundamentals of the Linux operating system. It covers topics from installation and system architecture to scripting languages and the principles of Linux programming.
This course is ideal for programmers, system administrators and other technical staff.
Linux Shell Scripting
Whether you are a Linux system administrator, a developer or a power user, you spend a lot of time on repetitive tasks. You can increase your productivity and save hours by writing shell scripts that automate your processes. Bash, sed, awk — learn how to use these and more to make your life so much easier.
Don’t have a Linux server?
You need to have access to Linux to attend our virtual courses. But that doesn’t mean you need a Linux server. You can run Linux in a virtual machine on your own laptop or desktop. And if that’s not possible, you can use the (free) Windows subsystem for Linux.
